Gabriel McCarthy is the owner and developer of the Flat Iron Building.
He has also developed the renovation of a number of other buildings in the area and beyond. He has a vision for the
projects he takes on and strives to bring them back to the class and glory of the past that created them.
Margaret Morrissey is the Adult Services Librarian at The Jacob Edwards Library in
Southbridge. She is actively involved in the art and historical societies of the town, and many other aspects of the improvement of
this fine small MA town. She can be contacted most week days at the library, or drinking coffee at the Flat Iron.
